Is nutritional value of food affected by PCD?

In all analyses that we performed after PCD drying tests made with food products, we have found that nutritional parameters (protein, aminogram, fats, antioxidants, flavor, etc) are not affected by PCD.

If a concern may arise for a special and sensible compound (vitamins, some functionalities, etc), our PCD pilot facility is there to perform the tests and analyses that any potential user can consider.
